Ayoma has won over sixty-five awards for her creations. She has been featured in many Canadian and International magazines, newspapers and on television. As an invitee, she participated for several years in New York, New York, USA at the ‘Cake Walk’ exhibition organized by ‘Brides’ magazine.
Ayoma Cake Masterpieces is renowned in Toronto and around the world for intricate wedding cake designs and confectionary art masterpieces. Custom cakes for weddings, corporate events and other special events become edible works of art. For over a decade, Ayoma has taught cake decorating and gum paste at Toronto’s Culinary School, George Brown College and was a Wilton instructor for several years. She has judged many cake competitions including the competition organized by the Rotary Club of Edmonton, Alberta She has demonstrated her skills and techniques at the Pastry Chef’s Guild, C.S.S.A. Loblaw’s Cooking School, L.C.B.O. the Bay and other events.
